Short Bio

Haowei Hsieh (pronounced HowWay Shay) is a full time faculty at the School of Library and Information Science, and an affiliated faculty of the Information Science track in Informatics program (IGPI). Dr. Hsieh joined University of Iowa in 2007. Before he came to Iowa, he was a postdoctoral research associate in the Center for the Study of Digital Libraries (CSDL) and Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A & M University.
