Web and ILS Services Supervisor for the Tacoma Public Library, Tacoma, Washington. The incumbent in this position is responsible for the selection and configuration of the workflow and permissions of the ILS software and for providing documentation and training on the ILS system. In addition, the incumbent will support the library’s web page content and support and update the Library’s intranet content; provide documentation and training on the web and intranet content; and may be called upon to train new employees on the ILS. This position requires the employee to work a non-traditional work schedule including evenings and weekends. Minimum qualifications: Five years full-time work utilizing and integrated library system (SIRSI preferred). Desired qualifications: Experience in web design, production, and development; knowledge of basic web server configurations; experience providing desktop support; library experience working in circulation, information services or technical services; experience training others to use an integrated library system and to use software; experience coordinating projects and working with outside vendors.
