DIGITAL APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT (#GR000632). The College Center for Library Automation (CCLA) is a collaborative state-funded organization established to provide and maintain the Library Information Network for Community Colleges (LINCC) to Florida’s 70+ community college libraries. The individual selected for this position will lead the development and implementation of the new LINCC Repository Service as a union repository for the digital assets of LINCC libraries and resource for LINCCWeb. Requires a Masters degree from a library program accredited by the American Library Association, or masters degree in another discipline and coursework or other formal training in archival management. Two years experience working in a digital collections environment with responsibility for digital capture and manipulation, metadata creation, digital asset management, and/or storage and preservation of digital objects. One year experience managing library print collections may substitute for one year digital collections experience. Project management experience desirable.

Minimum starting salary $54,000 annually, commensurate with training and experience. An excellent fringe benefits package is offered to the successful candidate.
