Let your imagination take flight as you explore the Libraries’ rare and unique material—all featuring birds. Join us for a close-up look at collection highlights, talk with curators and conservators, and try hands-on activities.

Iowa Bibliophiles is spreading its wings this semester to celebrate the distinctive collections across the UI Libraries. Special Collections and Archives, Conservation and Collections Care, Main Library Gallery, Rita Benton Music Library, Art Library, and the John Martin Rare Book Room are flocking together to showcase remarkable bird-themed material that Hawkeyes can celebrate.

Stop by on Tuesday, March 24, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Main Library Gallery. This event is free and open to the public. Find parking information on the Libraries website. Light refreshments will be provided.
