The School of Library and Information Science at the University of Iowa is proud to announce it has joined the iSchools organization as its 127th member. The iSchools bring together universities from all over the world who have programs focusing on social and behavioral sciences, computing, artificial intelligence, and linguistics, with varied specialty areas such information and organization, information integrity, data science, and digital humanities. We are excited about the research and professional opportunities these international relationships will bring to our faculty and students, and we look forward to SLIS’s representation at the March 2023 Hybrid iConference hosted by Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Monash University, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
